Do to the tracing debacle, I find myself wanting to post what ca and cannot be done with my art.

What you CAN do with my art:

You CAN view and download onto your computer your own personal use.

You CAN do fanart of my characters as long as they are unique and original, with NO tracing of anyone's work whatsoever. Please notify me if you do create fanart, because I have a very dear place in my heart for it and would love to see how others perceive them. However, you absolutely cannot sell or profit from fanart of my characters!!

You CAN print my art on plain printer paper for your own personal enjoyment. However you cannot misrepresent yourself as the artist, change or in anyway augment my images, profit from (both academically or financially) my works AT ALL. We all had to work the hard way, please don't shortcut yourself at my expense. If you would like a better quality image of my work, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help you!

You CAN post my work in any Club I am a part of if you are a moderator of the club, however it requires a link back to the original piece as well as clearly crediting me for the piece. Do NOT take my art and attempt to post it as your own. The clubs I belong to are at the bottom of this entry.


What you CANNOT do with my art


You CANNOT upload my works on any site without my EXPRESSED PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. That includes but is not limited to MySpace or ay MySpace Layouts, Photobucket, Forums, your OWN deviantArt account, Facebook, Flickr, and any others subject to be added to at my discretion and whim.

You CANNOT use my work for any profit, or commercial use without my EXPRESSED PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. If you wish to use my pieces and therefore work with me in a professional setting, I expect a traditional, professional relationship and all that that implies.


You CANNOT trace, color, or alter any of the images in my gallery without EXPRESSED PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. Any derivative works made without permission will be reported. Works which copy my images exactly or are merely my images with the colors tweaked are NOT endorsed without my permission. My art IS NOT Stock. Do not use it as such.



ACQUIRING MY WRITTEN CONSENT
You may contact me through either DeviantArt on this journal or as a note. Also, you may email me at MoriwenCartel@gmail.com.


You CANNOT sell or resell prints of my work, no matter what.

You CANNOT use my work for avatars, tubes, signatures, tattoo designs, stationary, etc. You may not alter them with sparklies, blinking colors, or anything of this nature.

You CANNOT post my work on your website/blog/forum unless you credit me (Moriwen Cartel) somewhere that can clearly be seen as well as obviously associated with the work itself! This also counts for Photobucket, Flickr, and any other service.

In the end, if you are unclear about any of these guidelines, please note or email me with your questions! I just want to protect myself. Thank you everyone.
